Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

Quick and easy. Makes a complete dinner by itself. Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. salad greens
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch fat free dressing
  • 1/2 cup crushed baked tortilla chips

Directions:
Cook chicken, oil and chili powder in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Toss chicken mixture, greens and cheese in large bowl.

Top with salsa, dressing and crushed chips before serving.
