Ranch Taco Chicken Salad
Comments:
Quick and easy. Makes a complete dinner by itself. Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. salad greens
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch fat free dressing
- 1/2 cup crushed baked tortilla chips
Directions:
Cook chicken, oil and chili powder in large non-stick skillet on medium-high
heat for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Toss chicken mixture, greens and cheese in large bowl.
Top with salsa, dressing and crushed chips before serving.
