Creamy Mocha Fudge
Comments:
Very rich! Easy to make. Makes 2 pounds.
Ingredients:
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk, sweetened condensed
milk, liqueur and vanilla.
Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Spread evenly into foil-lined
8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill 3 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut
into squares. Store covered in refrigerator. ---------------------
