Lemon Slush

Comments:
Quick and easy; perfect on a hot summer day. Makes 4 cups.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 pint lemon sherbet or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in blender; cover and process until smooth, making sure to scrape down sides. Pour into serving pitcher; add ginger ale. Serve immediately.
