Spinach Dip

Comments:
Very easy and tasty. Be sure to make ahead of time. Goes great with crackers and vegetables. Makes 3 cups.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Green Giant Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestmuts, drained, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 (1.4 oz.) pkg dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.

In medium bowl, combine spinach and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
