Easy Southwest Dip

Comments:
Very easy, but make sure to make it ahead of time. Serve with vegetables and tortilla chips. Makes about 3 cups.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 package vegetable soup & recipe mix (4 serving size)
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, salsa, chili powder and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
